I love Ninja Sushi! It's my go-to when I need to get my sushi fix. I was disappointed in the service I received this past Saturday. I ordered a platter to take to a family gathering. I was running a little late to pick up my order, so I gave a courtesy call to let them know I was running late. The girl who answered placed me on hold for a while, so I hung up. When I got there, my order was canceled. They said they called me, and the person who answered said they didn't want the order. I showed them my call log and said I didn't receive a call from them. The manager was sweet, apologized, and reordered my order. But, the guy working that day mumbled under his breath to his coworker, "You don't tell us 'you're running a little late.'" That pissed me off!!! My daughter came in (she works in food service) and asked what number they called, and they repeated my number. My daughter said we didn't get a call from them and told him how dare he disrespect me by mumbling under his breath. The guy said there were two people with my name. But my daughter gave it to him. The other cashier came out with our order and handed it to my daughter apologizing. We get that you folks get busy, but you don't have to lie.
